HOW TO USE YOUR AEROCHAMBER 1. Place the metered dose inhaler into the end of the Aerochamber. 2. Shake the inhaler vigorously. 3. Exhale all air out of your lungs. 3. Place the mouthpiece of the Aerochamber in your mouth and press down on the inhaler, releasing the medicine into the Aerochamber. 4. Take a SLOW, DEEP breath until your lung is completely filled with air. 5. When you have taken a full breath, hold your breath for 10 seconds (count 10 slowly in your head), then slowly breathe out. 6. Wait one full minute before taking your second puff, using the same steps as above. * You must store your Aerochamber in a case or a ziplock plastic bag in order to avoid dust from collecting on it. * Clean the mouthpiece every day with rubbing alcohol. * Rinse the inside of the Aerochamber with warm soapy water 2-3 times a week. Make sure you rinse thoroughly with water and that you COMPLETELY DRY the inside. * You may use your Aerochamber for more than one medication, but do not share it with another person.
